Will Worden’s "The Only One & All The Others" vinyl repress is now live here at VRecordsUSA.com, and includes two new limited edition handmade options - the infamous Wax Mage Labelburst, and the gorgeous O.G. Splatter.

What is a Wax Mage? The Wax Mage team is a small group of creative geniuses that make handmade records at Gotta Groove Records, with each official Wax Mage run being limited to only 25 maximum copies, and will feature the Wax Mage label on the B-side of the record. These "Mages", as they are called in the collector world, are often highly sought after and coveted. The Wax Mage design chosen for this pressing was called the Labelburst, featuring pieces of ripped up label pressed into the wax. Along with the label pieces, there is also glitter and tiny hexagram sequins pressed into the record. This design does a great job of encompassing the artwork and colors of the jacket, as well as maintaining the "vintage" vibe while still offering something modern and cool. It demonstrates the mind-bending ability of the Wax Mage team to create a record that appears to have depth while remaining entirely flat.

The O.G. Splatter variant, also created by hand by Gotta Groove Records, is a tried and true design that collectors have loved for years. There have been many versions of splatters or "infinities" that have come about over time, but the O.G. Splatter never fails to impress and hits just right. Like the Wax Mage aesthetics, this particular splatter color pattern chosen by the Gotta Groove team also appropriately fits with the colors of the jacket and label artwork. The O.G. Splatter variant was pressed in a quantity of 100 copies.

Most of the Wax Mage copies have already sold, with a handful still remaining in the webstore! There is also a bundle that includes a Wax Mage copy as well as a black copy from the first press, along with a signed jacket for a discounted price. Dixie boasts an impressive professional pedigree. As a touring and recording guitar player, Chris Dixie Darley has played on lauded releases like Drug Dealer’s “Hiding in Plain Sight” (2022), Michael Rault’s self-titled 2022 release, and, most recently, Father John Misty’s “Mahashmashana” (2024) with co-writing credits. Dixie also wrote all the music on Brooks Nielsen of the Growlers’ 2022 solo effort, “One Match Left”. Currently, he tours internationally as the guitarist for Father John Misty.

His tenure as a producer and engineer at Voyager Studios has already yielded impressive results with releases from promising young artists like Evan Blix with “Only You / Poor Annie” and Will Worden with his new release, “The Only One and All the Others” (2025).

The first solo effort from Dixie presents an entirely new standard: upbeat harmony-driven rockers that are as impressive for their musical acumen as they are for their sheer enjoyability. “Heartache”, the first single off of Dixie's upcoming LP (due Fall 2025), is struck of frill and entirely without lull. Think NRBQ and Brinsley Schwarz go to Bakersfield.

Will Worden spent the summer in Alaska, discovering his voice in songwriting, only to return to Los Angeles with a dozen of his first songs. Back in LA, Chris Dixie Darley and him teamed up to bring the A-team of session players to cut these songs in just one weekend at Savannah Studios, where Will and Dixie then took the roughs in for post-production at Voyager Studios.

The sounds of 60s Nashville and the California country scene clearly influenced Dixie and Will in creating an atmosphere of a classic sonic landscape; and where that meets the timeless vocals and songwriting in Worden’s debut full length release.

Inner Stellar's "Voyager Suites I & II" was released in 2023, recorded at Voyager Studios. It has been pressed 3 times, with each pressing bringing new color variants. There are standard copies from each pressing available for $20 each available here.

"Voyager Suites I & II" is a completely instrumental album, fusing together electronics with jazz and psychedelic art rock. The album was created during an experimental phase of the band's journey, as it was a big deviation from the prior music created by the group. Rather than being focused around capturing the live sound, they labored for an extensive period of time at Voyager Studios to develop the sound design of the project and overall vision of the album.

We’re beyond thrilled to welcome Will Worden as the second artist joining the V Records team! Will has been an absolute blast to work with, bringing a laid-back yet passionate energy to the label, also having a fondness for the vinyl experience. There’s no doubt he’s headed for big things, and we feel privileged to be along for the voyage!

The Texas born, Will Worden has managed to wrangle and tame the west coast country scene over the past two years, leading up to his debut full length LP launch (2/1/25).

The first artist group to be officially brought into the V Records family is Inner Stellar!

Inner Stellar is the brainchild of Christopher Sikora (Owner of Voyager Studios), Chris Shwayka, and Derek Burroughs (Owner of V Records), a band that first emerged in Denver’s thriving jam band scene. While rooted in improvisation, their sound evolved—melding jazz, electronic music, and classic influences into a unique fusion of psychedelic composition and songwriting.

Sikora (vocals, guitar, synths) and Burroughs (drums, keyboards) have been playing together since their high school days in Baltimore. After heading west, they met Shwayka (bass, synths) at a studio jam session, bonding over a love for the great music of past eras. Frustrated by the lack of depth in the local scene, they immersed themselves in classic recording techniques, composition, and musicianship, refining their craft with the help of mentors and an obsession with old-school production.

Their debut LP entitled "Voyager Suites I & II", recorded at Voyager Studios during the COVID era, wasn’t just an album—it was the foundation for something bigger. Released in 2022, it set the stage for their upcoming 2025 follow-up, a record that places a stronger focus on songwriting and marks Sikora’s return as lead vocalist.

At V Records and Voyager Studios, we're both musicians and vinyl collectors, with a deep appreciation for the analog experience. Listening to an album on vinyl is more than just playing music—it’s a start-to-finish journey that creates a stronger connection between the artist and the listener.
